SMA welcomes you to its world of children –an environment that spells love, care and affection. An Institution with a difference, SMA is co-educational English medium, housed now in a state of the art building at Lake Gardens, Kolkata with easy access to all major transport systems. We were previously Julian Day New Mission (JDNM) in Bhawanipur.
In last 9 years, we have created a legend, by successfully imparting main stream education to the children with special needs. It makes academic intervention to children with various types of learning differences to make them develop the skills and to become as independent as possible to succeed in the wider community. While doing so, we stress on overall development beyond merely academic curriculum. SMA operates under the umbrella of Roopkatha Foundation, which is committed to work for an inclusive society.
